Architectural and Structure Approval
If you plan to make any permanent modifications or additions to your external property, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) must approve it. This includes and is not limited to fences, pools, additions, and sheds.
Requirements
In order to get approval from the ARC, please send the required information to contact@hiddenviewfarmstn.com
or by using the form below.

Information needed is included but not limited to:
the master plan
detailed drawings/sketches
descriptions of materials with color
building permit (if needed)
contractor contact information (with license number)

Additions and modifications to structures should comply with the current "look and feel" of the neighborhood by matching siding, roof, etc. as well as not interfering with common areas.

Shared/Tied-in fences are not required, but encouraged, as long as both neighbors can come to an agreement of course!
Homes in the Hidden View Farms Villas must adhere to more specific instructions. For more instructions on those guidelines, please contact the Villas HOA here.
BUILDING PERMITS
Even if you receive approval from the county, it does not constitute approval from the ARC. The committee still requires that your plans be submitted in writing for review.
UNAUTHORIZED CHANGES
Everyone must seek ARC approval in writing prior to making external changes to their property. If your modifications are outside the guidelines of the ARC, you may be required to remove or reverse the improvement(s) at owner's expense.
REQUIRED APPROVAL
Some items requiring ARC approval include but are not limited to:

Installing a shed on your property
Removing or installing a new fence
Installing an inground pool
Installing a new roof
Changing out landscaping
Any Addition to your property
Exterior painting
